Overall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

من أجمل الفنادق بالنسبة للنظافة اعطيه 100 على عشرة ترتيب واستقبال وقريب من المسجد النبوي والإطلالة رائعة وعندهم ضيافة وصالة جيم وبوفية راح اعتمده بإذن الله في زيارتي القادمة رووووعة بكل أمانة يجنن فندق متكامل وجميل 🌹🌹🌹

Très bel hôtel situé à quelques mètres du Haram ce qui est pratique. Les prestations sont de bonne qualité et le service est vraiment bien avec un personnel toujours souriant et très serviable que ce soit à l’accueil, à la réception ou du service de sécurité. Nous n’avons pas eu enormement d’attente au niveau des ascenseurs ni lors de la prise du petit déjeuner car le service est bien organisé. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le Haram ce qui apportait un gros plus.

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.
